ABOUT

Katherine Hill

As a former New York City, Equinox personal trainer Katherine is a veteran of the industry.

She has worked as a fitness coach for over a decade helping clients of all ages and

abilities, from new mothers to weekend warriors. Katherine's enthusiasm and positive

energy will force you to focus on the task at hand and unlock your potential as a warrior.

Whether you want to train in the privacy of your own home or at a local health club she

will guide you every step of the way. 

 

She employs a broad range of techniques: strength and conditioning development, TRX,

kettlebell, pre/post-natal training, functional movement screening, circuit and group training,

and athletic performance training to challenge her clients. With a BSc in Health Education

from City College of New York and a Masters in Health from University College London

under her belt, her expertise for coaching proper exercise techniques is rooted in her

knowledge of applied anatomy, biomechanics, physiology, and nutrition. 

 

 

Her movement-based coaching style is designed to help her clients build a body optimised for any situation: flexible, athletic, agile and powerful. With Katherine, you will master new movements, keep your progress from plateauing and rise to new challenges.

As a competitive athlete, she enjoys challenging herself to achieve new physical feats and, as a result, has become accomplished in a whole range of disciplines, from Triathlons, American football, and tag rugby, to Tough Mudders.

  • American College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (ACOG) for pre/post natal training 

  • National Strength and Conditioning Association

  • The British Red Cross (CPR/AED/FIRST AID)
