A Fitness and Health Assessment

This assessment includes nutritional guidance, strength and flexibility tests, and measurements (approx 20 min). These measurements can be used to devise a health and exercise programme designed for maximizing your results.

  • Measurements include weight, height, body fat and muscle composition.  

  • VO2 Max: This assessment measures heart rate and ventilatory threshold to figure out what your body’s maximum ability to deliver and use oxygen is for producing energy.

  • Functional Movement Screen: I will measure the degree of imbalance of your body. This test includes a flexibility, posture and gait component to determine what asymmetries exist.  Through a comprehensive ranking and grading system, I can design your program to optimize performance and reduce physical discomfort.

A Fitness Goals Worksheet 

This worksheet helps me make informed programming choices, so your exercise session is optimised based on your goals. With the worksheet, I can learn more about you and your fitness goals. 

Exercise Session

A tailored exercise session that is built around improving various areas in health and fitness specific to you such as body fat loss, cardiovascular endurance, muscle building, strength, flexibility, posture, coordination, and balance (approx 40 min).
